Check CuppaManga's guides at the top of the Mac Forum and try everything listed there. I had a similar issue and that fixed it.

Tried all, but restarting was the only way to make it work.
There's a few bad patch servers out there. It's annoying, but you'll have to wait for a dev fix server-side.

After a couple of days with no problems (I always play with pc but im out of town right now and dont wan to miss the winter event), some issues came to mess with me.
The "Program is already running" and "Cant delete file C:coh/piggs/... etc" things were getting on my nervers, so I deleted the application and downloaded the game again.
Now the icon of the application is stuck in the dock of my MacBook Pro and I cant open it to patch the game. I double-click on it but nothing happens.

2.4 Ghz Core 2 2 Gb DDR2
Nvidia 8600 GT 256 Mb
I have been able to play before, but now i dont know what to do
Any advice?
