What kind of pvp are you going to do?

for mind I would add confuse - don't take flurry - you want control and ranged dmg nothing that puts you in melee range. I usually say Primal for controller but I would say the psi epic for mental blast as it would be your highest ranged dmg attack and you can take the psi sheild and IW for lotg +7.5% and a kismet acc proc.
i don't remember if they removed pff from the dom epic (trollers get dom epics i think) but if not mace mastery would be a good choice too if pff was there.
i would be iffy between manuvers and assault only becuase as a troller you need the +dmg
basically you want to build for reacharge to get your debuffs up and dmg to be able to kill your target (and hp of course - get your accos).
