OK, thanks to some really good in-game advice my build is currently as follows. Any other suggestions?
This gets my Ranged Defense up to 31.9% (WOW!), my other positional defenses around 16% and my Smash/Lethal resist up to 26.4%. I've also only got a 20.01 second delay on Hasten. Not bad at all. With the Aplah Damage Enhamcement this is looking pretty good.

Hey all. I've got an old lvl 50 AR/Em Blaster that I've finally decided to update to i-19 and slot up. I've put this build together so far (it's my first really setted out build), and was looking for some feedback from you build gurus.
My goal is to up my defense and recharge without driving myself into the poorhouse. Basically I want durability and recharge. Damage is nice too, but if the recharge in the build is high enough damage'll be what I focus my Alpha Slot on.
I realize flight isn't' the most profitable travel power I could go with slotting wise, but I like it too much to skip. I'd happily ditch hover though if it'd help.
