Most people find time bomb to be useless, here's an excerpt from Silas' traps guide:

If you lead off with web envelope you're going to eat the full alpha strike. Stealth + poison gas trap is a much much safer opener. Seeker drones summoned on top of the crowd are the safest of all.

Def capped smash, lethal, energy, neg energy, and ranged.
I have never tested or read about either sets :S so i am hopping they both work well together, i am thinking though that by the looks of things this toon might be able to hold off a number of mobs.
