I have picked up Water Spout on my controller, I have 6 enhancement slots in it but only 5 slots filled so far. I am trying to determine what to put in the 6th slot. I am currently trying Positron's Blast: Chance for Energy Damage. Does anyone know if this enhancement has a chance to cause additional damage every time Water Spout hits, or only when I cast it, or not at all? I tried to test it on Paladin but I couldn't tell if it was doing additional damage or not.

Water Spout summons an untargettable pet with an Auto Damage power - thus a damage proc has a chance to execute when initially summoned and once every 10 seconds thereafter. Each time the proc has a chance to execute, it rolls once for each enemy in the damage aura.
