The Safeguard and Mayhem maps were never in MA.
The Shadow Shard Nemesis base was added in i19. There aren't any other Shadow Shard maps available, and there never have been.

I could have sworn that the Safeguard/Mayhem maps had been added to the MA, as had 2 maps for the Shadow Shard, but try as I might, I just cannot find these things!
(And I don't mean the interior of the banks themselves, I mean the mini-instanced zone maps.)
