Incarnate question
It has nothing to do with incarnates. that is an alignment power. the countdown is a 7day long temp power that wehn it expires will give you a temporary fear power you can use unless you switch alignments.
The incarnate system itself has you do an arc then any level 50 mob can drop an incarnate shard. you use those shards to create components which you use to create a special Alpha slot enhancement. you can only have one equipped at a time but replacing one doesn't delete it.
Try talking to Mender Ramiel in Orobouros. He gets you started on the path of the Incarnate. After completing his arc, your Alpha Slot will be unlocked and you can talk to him more about the Incarnate system.

What other alignment powers do you get? I've been thinking of going full circle with my toon and I wanted to see what each alignment would give.

Also, how do the enhancements work? Like, compared to IO's...

Vigilantes as you see get an AoE fear.
Villians get a nice self buff. Standard tohit/damage, except brutes and doms. Brutes it fills fury, doms it fills domination.
Rogues get a confuse.
Alpha slot powers buff certain aspects depending on whch boost you craft/slot -but the boosts apply to every power that will accept a common enhancments for that aspect. So the recharge/stun one acts as a recharge so in every power that can slot common recharge enhancements(so not mind link), and a stun enhancement for each power you can slot stun in.
Note the higher level boosts have some of the enhancement ignore ED.
The rest ramiel can tell you.
Orc&Pie No.53230 There is an orc, and somehow, he got a pie. And you are hungry.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
I don't understand the whole Incarnate system. I've read it over in the Wiki page but I still don't get it all. Can someone explain it in depth so I can know what I'll be doing once I get my 50?
For example, on my toon Sirory, next to where the active powers show at the top right of the screen, it shows "Countdown to Fear Incarnate". What does that mean?
