Stats Window, how to display?

How do I open the character stat console with defense, resists et cetera displayed?

I saw this window on a couple tube videos and I have heard about it here on the forums but I don't know how to open it. I am real curious what my characters stats look like. Is it part of the regular game or an add-on?

Click Powers at the top of your power bar, then click Combat Attributes, then expand the groups in that window, right click the stat you want to monitor, and click Monitor.
