Yep, thanks that was it. I paid rent and went back in and all was good!
I had the rent bug. After I paid power did not return I went out and in again and rebooted and still no power. I still wanted to make some changes so I went to edit mode and as soon as I deleted a room the power returned.
I think I'll post this in technical issues.
