Elec melee/DA help please

I got what i think is a good build apart from my end use vs end rec... im not sure what to do here? Can anyone give me any pointers on what i can do apart from accolades to imporove on my end issue without sacraficing too much on defense? I had an older build which had the force mastery epic power pool which wasnt much better so i tried using stone...??? any ideas?

I use Physical Perfection on my Dark Tanker. Also, the Cardiac Alpha enhancement helps a lot.
