Regenerative Tissue Unique not effecting?

I slotted in the regenerative tissue + 25% to regeneration but do not see it listed in my combat attributes screen anywhere. I do see the Numina's unique listed in both regen and recov. Does anyone know if this is a bug or if I am just not reading something right? I slotted it in rise to the challenge and currently have it activated.

nm I guesds it just took a zone to effect.

It might work similarly to the To-Hit Build Up proc slotted in Invincibility.
Rise to the Challenge increases regen rate when surrounded by foes in melee range, so try standing next to an enemy to see if the Regen Tissue kicks in then.
