Expensive Recharge Build

Hi guys, i don't make builds that often and i am trying to get as much recharge as possible for my Warshade, not only for perma eclipse but trying to get mire there too.

As you might be able to guess from the 4 purple sets it isn't your average. I have gotten my melee, ranged and AoE defence to 17% but S&L is hovering around 11.7%. With perma eclipse i'm not too fussed about the defence though.

Should i be going down this route, or should i try getting more defence? Also with inherent fitness working in all forms would i be better off going tri-form and how does damage compare?

Also, with the increase bonus of healing with incarnate slot should i try and fit essence drain in and lose maybe gravitiv emenation?
