Finally enjoying a scrapper, claws/sr but need a current so build

It would be easier for someone to assist you if you put together a build in Mids and posted it. If you don't have mids, download and tinker with it. If not that, at least give us an idea of what powers you want/need for concept, such as if you want/need a travel power, does your toon need to have Hover or Fly for concept, what epic pool you would want to use, etc. Without at least a modicom of information it's difficult to make you a build that will be acceptable for you.
That being said, here's a basic SO Claws/SR that has Super Speed, but you could swap that for Super Jump if you wanted:

Look for some guides, especially in the sticky at the top of this forum. A lot of guides will have reccommended slotting for individual powers. Basic SO slotting is nowhere near as complex as putting together an IO set build. You get a lot more powerful, even with cheap IO slotting, once you get a decent build.
Current without having to take stamina and such, that is why I asked for current builds, anyways why 2 accs in attacks? I can see why in follow up though, and thank you very much for the build.

I have not invested allot of time into inventions yet I will though, but for now I need an idea how to slot this, I want to make it with more attacks then the older build since we get fitness for free now, so if anyone can help me slot please do thank you.
