Looks like you're focusing on Melee defense. Not the best plan for a Regen.

You get ZERO Defense Debuff Resistance, so any goon with a machine gun is going to strip all that defense away with his first two attacks, and you run into a LOT of goons with machine guns in the game. I prefer S/L defense on a regen that isn't Katana or Broadsword. The Lethal defense will at least make it a little harder for those debuffing machine gun attacks to land. You'll still lose your defense, but it won't happen as quickly as it will if you focus on melee instead.

Other than that I don't see any glaring issues with the build.

if you assume hasten will always be on, then that 2nd recharge in MoG only takes off about 5 secs. you could use that slot for an attack for more damage. You seem to be around 90% in dmg enhancements in each attack. you could add procs or the debuff to Slash if you want.

I had the debuff proc in Slash for a while, but realized that I use the power so rarely, I would be better off using the slot to find a set bonus I could grab. I'll look into putting the MoG slot somewhere else.

Well, here's my new final draft. Again, if anyone has any critiques, I'll gladly here them. Or get angry and yell at you. Either way, fun for all!

You don't use Slash? what attacks are you using on a single target? The only slotted single target attacks you have are Slash, Follow Up and Focus. You don't have enough recharge to make that a perfectly smooth attack chain, so how exactly do you use your attacks while playing? I'm curious.

That build looks like it will cost you at least 10 billion inf. Are you really prepared to spend that much on PvP sets and purples?

You don't need Physical Perfection with Regeneration's Quick Recovery, now that Stamina is Inherent. I don't see any slots in Stamina, but you enhanced Physical Perfection.

Shadow Meld from Soul Mastery makes a much better addition to Regeneration Scrappers. Getting your recharge high enough to run the Moment of Glory >> Shadow Meld >> 10s delay >> Shadow Meld >> repeat combo can be expensive, but probably produces the most survivability possible for a Regen Scrapper.

I solo a lot, so I'm usually not fighting one enemy at a time. And the way I'm slotted, spin does more damage than focus. I usually go FU>Evisc>Spin, or FU>Spin>Evisc, with no downtime. I use the others when it suits me, which usually leaves Slash for EBs and above.

I already have all the purps, plus a full set of Panacea. I just need another 3, for powers that I currently have Doc's Wounds as placeholders. I'll look into Soul Mastery, but I'm not sure I'll go that way...I like my FA a lot.
