I did the 'let your dollars do the talking' thing and used the PayPal DONATE button on the Mids download page to send them a little encouragement.
It's not an answer to your question (sorry) but just thought I would remind people that, if someone is working hard to update a resource that many of us find indispensable, it doesn't hurt to toss a little encouragement/appreciation their way.
Given what I pay to play/update the game, seems shortsighted not to pay something for the improvement of such a valuable resource.
Hope it's available soon!
