Apex TF and Tin Mage II TF rewards?

I think 4 incarnage shards. No idea how many merits.

If I remember correctly, the Apex TF gives 40 merits and 2 shards. Can't recall the merits for Tin Mage, but I'm pretty sure it also awards 2 shards upon completion.

I've looked in Zombie_Man's excellent guide and in ParagonWiki, but it doesn't seem any of them list the actual rewards for the two new Incarnate TFs. I seem to recall someone somewhere saying it was a choice of Incarnate Shards or Reward Merits? Or possibly both at once?
What do the two new TFs award?
