I've had an odd problem crop up over the past few hours. Upon entering some zones, specifically Rikti War Zone and the Abyss, I lose all globals. I cannot see into any global chat-rooms, and I cannot receive any global PM's. However, I can be seen on global friends and friends will receive my global tells as I send them.
As soon as I rezone, I suddenly get a backlog of all of the pm's sent during the backlog, and some PM's of my own duplicate and repeat themselves.
