Shield/Axe i19 Build

Hi all,
here is my proposed build for my Shield/Axe Tanker now that i19 is out.

Can anyone suggest any changes to improve the build?
(Wish I had more slots...)

Please note that this uses the unofficial Mids i19 version.

Here are my main numbers:
Defense
Melee: 49.3%
Ranged: 48.7%
AoE: 48.1%
Psi: 12.7%

Resistance
S/L: 40.4%

Health
Regen: 296% (38.27/sec)
Max HP: 165% (3092)

Endurance
EndRec: 3.9/sec
EndUse: 1.34/sec
Max End: 115.85%

Other
Haste: +47.5%
ToHit: +0%
Acc: +52%
Dam: +26.5%
RechargeTime: 30%
DDR: 66% (Mids doesnt allow double-stacked Active Defence which has a 107.47sec recharge on a 2min timer so not perma-doublestacked).

Not breaking RuleOf5 (I think ).

OK did some thinking during my lunch break and with Alignment Merits I can get the PvP GladArmor Unique (+3% Def).

If I take a slot from Whirling Axe (-Scirocco Dam/End) and move that to Battle Agility I can slot the GladArmor and my Defence values jump to:
Melee: 52.3%
Ranged: 51.7%
AoE: 51.1%
Psi: 15.7%

This helps with mobs with +ToHit and only slighly gimps Whirling Axe
Original Version (6-slots):
Acc: 177.43% (+73.31%)
Dam: 97.86 (+93.46%)
End: 8.194 (-58.65%)
Rech: 6.278 (-75.51)

New Version (5-slots):
Acc: 177.43 (+73.31%)
Dam: 88.89 (+73.31%)
End: 9.664 (-34.53%)
Rech: 6.278 (-75.51%)

I much prefer to use Pendulum for AoE where possible (and Shield Charge of course) over Whirling Axe.
