Fire/Ice Blaster Respec

Camo, what exactly are you going for? You took hover, combat jumping, super jump, and super speed, as well as the full leadership pool, yet didnt take a single of your hard hitting melee attacks.
Both Frozen fists, and Ice Sword have better DPA then fire blast, meaning they will do more damage more quickly then your 2nd highest damaging range attack.
You took shiver, yet didnt take chilling embrace. I can see shiver being used as a IO mule, but your a /ice blaster. instead of trying to build to be a hover blaster, you might as well take advantage of your inherent slows, and put them to good use.
Chilling embrace has a pretty nice -dmg debuff, as well as slowing things down, in decent enough radius. It also works in a circle, so if your hover blasting on top of something, they will be debuffed while your still hovering away.
I noticed you put 5 or more slots into your powers to get pretty high +range def bonuses, but didnt slot any BoTZ in your build to take advantage of the nice +range def it offers, for very limited slotting. +1.25% range def, for 2 slots is a very nice combo, especially if your going to take that many powers that can use BoTZ.
Aim and BU should have identical slotting. You want both of those powers up as much as possible, especially if your going to get hasten. Your a blaster, your meant to do damage, and do alot of it very quickly.
Both Stamina and health are using WAY too many slots. If you cut back stamina to just 3 performance shifters (+end proc, pure end mod, and pick between the end mod/rech or end mod/acc) and cut back health down to just the numina proc, and put in a Miracle +recovery proc, you'll actually have MORE recovery then you do now, for much less slotting.
Just something to work off of, i'll think about posting a build after you read over this.
I've always had problems building this character since I started getting into IOs...it's been really tough to build him the way I want. I've tried different methods, and I think it might be time to give /Ice some more credit based on some things you posted...I was so turned off playing him like that when I used to that I never wanted to go back to it, but I don't think he's really had the melee attacks since IOs.
Chilling Embrace has always been an iffy power for me...mostly, I suppose, since I try to stay at range. I'm thinking it may work to drop the whole Hover thing, and instead of leadership, maybe I can try Fighting?
I also hadn't tried doing less slots on Health to add slots to others that would likely add up to more than the range bonus that Numina gives me for 6 slots. I'm thinking if I pass those slots around maybe I can work out a way to get the ranged bonus from BoTZ in SJ, and maybe SS if I keep that...plus maybe a bunch of Mako in Ice Sword if I replace Flares with it.

I'm working on a respec build for my Fire/Ice Blaster, and was hoping to build him up a little better with i19 coming. I worked off of a Fire/Rad Corrupter build I've been enjoying, which plays in Hover with good Ranged Defense.
EDIT: I redid the build without Fitness and made a few other changes. I'm pretty happy with the numbers, but the endurance cost is NOT good. Any ideas? (Slots for Health and Stamina placed in Brawl and Sprint, 6 Numina for health and 5 performance shifter for Stamina)
