I have suspected for a long time that the timeout command does nothing at all. Has this been confirmed?

ah. i knew it was somewhere. But seriously? Under the for fun section...
Would there be a way in the future for the Channel User List to display as the Supergroup list does. With all usernames listed, Join Date, and Last Login Date? Would be a great help way over the "/chan_timeout" command that does not work.
