MM pets and Achilles Heel proc question

Okay, so I have a ninjas/storm MM and I'm thinking of slotting Achilles Heel procs into my Freezing Rain and Jounin, the question is if Achilles Heel -res proc can stack from multiple casters (I know it cannot be stacked from the same caster)? And do MM pets count as different casters from the MM themself? (To add to this, does each pet count as a caster too?)

I'm very sure that the -res chance will not stack with itself, I don't know if it resets the 20sec or what, but all I've ever heard is that they don't stack no matter what. I think each jounin would be different casters though.

The Achilles Heel proc doesn't actually debuff the enemy; it gives the enemy a short-duration autopower that makes it debuff itself. So it doesn't matter if the attack comes from you, your pet, your teammate, or some guy running past on the street, the debuff always comes from the same target: The enemy that's getting debuffed.

Tanker Bruising is a different power, therefore it will stack with the Achilles Heel proc. However, I believe that Bruising uses the same mechanic as the proc does, meaning that multiple tanks Bruising the same target will not debuff it into oblivion.

*Grumbles* Yeah, so I learned... It's like the devs are trying to discourage multiple tank teams.
