Let South Americans purchase Booster Packs

Posting to remind everyone that South Americans are still unable to purchase booster packs. The only booster pack I've been able to purchase was the Magic pack because it was included in the Architect version of CoH on Steam.

I actually went through exactly this kind of trouble trying to purchase Section 8: Prejudice because whoever was in charge of distribution failed to release the game in Europe. I got a friend of mine to get it for me, but it's been mountains of trouble since.
