I hope you did a clean install of the video drivers so there is no corruption/conflicts.
Also, you really don't need these running in the background wasting resources. You can turn them on when needed, but they don't have to start up when your computer does.

I previously had an ATI 1600 series graphics card on my rig and upgraded to an Nvidia 8800GT card.
Got my computer back up and running and monitors are displaying everything as usual, but now when I try to load CoH, all I get is the blue Loading bar without any actual progress made.
I downloaded the newest drivers for my card from Nvidia's website prior to attempting to load CoH. I don't know if that was a mistake or not. I am not incredibly technically inclined when it comes to these types of problems, so I hope someone here can give me a hand. Following will be my COH Helper file and then the HijackThis log.
