SG prestige bug with latest patch

SGs with low numbers of members gain a prestige bonus when someone joins. And that bonus goes away when a member leaves. I'm guessing that's the "feature" you're seeing. WAI
If the characters who went were Praetorians, this isn't a bug.

Where do we go from here?
Twice while swapping characters from one of our bases to another, they carried their prestige with them when they left. The original SG lost the thousands of prestige they had gained for the group and they joined the new SG with the prestige gain intact and the new SG had a sudden boost of prestige.
Now, this only happened when moving from Bears & Dolls in Victory to Draconic which is in their Coalition. So I was wondering, is this a new "feature" or something that only happends with these two groups.
