Nope been getting it myself too.
Crashes when I try to create a new character or fails to connect when selecting a pre-existing character.
I just hope a server admin notices soon 
Im in the EU and can't reach back to the US servers either. Connections are hit or miss.

Since yesterday on the EU Training Room, CoH crashes after character selection unable to connect to DBServer this is also happening to other users I know.
I'm wondering if its localised to our area or if everyone is having this problem?
