ice/cold build help..

my ice/cold has been sitting at 50 for awhile now, & i'm finally getting around to working on her build & thought i'd ask the experts for advice. this is pve only, and i'm not looking for a purpled out build, just a solid one for teaming.

This is the build i use for my ice/cold/ice controller, its for i19 so the slots for the fitness pool have been places on brawl just so they are out the way.
Its fast, it works well and i dont seem to have any problems with it. It can be a bit end heavy at times but when that tends to happen i find heat loss has recharged.

i'm really looking for the best way to slot the ice shields... suggestions?

if anything only 3 def IO's would work, any more and it be useless.
