I have a couple characters who still have Halloween tip missions. I'm about the change alignments on one, which will wipe out the tip. I don't know if the missions will still work at this point, but I'd like to offer it up to anyone who'd want to try for the badge. The mission is in Grandville, so you'd need to be a rogue, villain or vigilante to get there.
