I haven't tried making a shield scrapper before I would really like to make a fire/shield for farming. I see alot but those are for i18 I am looking for one for the i19.

An i18 fire/shield scrapper isnt THAT different from an i19 fire/shield scrapper. Just take any good i18 build (there are alot posted in this forum) and replace the fitness pool with 3 new powers of your choice, generally powers that dont require many slots, unless you have extra to spare.
