Is Fire Control / Psionic Assult a good choice?

As the title said, are these two any good togeather? And if so, how do they hold up in PVE/PVP?

I don't PvP, but PvE it's one of the classic good combos. Better and worse in some ways since the rebalancing of Doms a while back; Psychic Shockwave is much less brokenly powerful, but the rest of /Psi hits harder than it used to. You won't need to slog your way to 38 before you feel capable.

Plus it can look really cool with power customization.
