Which build in i19 for my Stormy?

I put together two options for my i19 Stormy build. Both are softcapped to ranged. One spends additional endurance and sacrifices a power slot to get Tough and Weave for even greater durability to hits that get through and non-ranged attacks. The other gets Immob protection, +Perception and Vengeance.


I'm kinda leaning toward the Fighting build at this point, even though I Hate spending a power on Boxing, and I was looking forward to having Vengeance.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I'd highly suggest you consider putting a stealth proc into sprint (or any prestige sprints) and use that as a toggle for stealth. That'll give you another slot to manipulate. Other things I'd suggest would be putting LotG 7.5 recharge into each +def power. For your weave build, that's 1 power (Hover), but your other build you didn't even put one.

For both builds, I'd also suggest trying to find a spot for one slot on Ball Lightning (6.25% recharge) and Hurricane (5% recharge). Also, as a personal thing for me, you can sacrifice 30 HP and give O2 Numina Heal and Heal/End, giving you 12% regen set bonus. Aim the same, unhasten going from 43 second recharge to 47 second recharge for a 2% damage bonus with Adjusted Targeting.

As for Boxing, I say either just an accuracy or an accuracy/damage or accuracy/stun if you really wanted would suffice. You just don't want to be missing with a power that's mostly useless anyhow. Assuming you actually *want* to slot it.

For your non-weave build, I'd suggest maybe dropping CJ for a 3 slotted with Eradication Short Circuit. That'd drop you to 43.5% ranged defense though, but would give you another sapping tool to use with Power Sink.

Actually, I very specifically want the Stealth in Hover, not Sprint, both to lessen end costs and so that it's up ALL the time, without me having to manage it. That is actually worth the slot to me.

Other than that one slot, can you suggest anywhere else to free up slots for Ball Lightning or Hurricane?


EDIT: I think I made a mistake, that third slot in Hover in the Fighting build SHOULD be a LotG, not a standard Def IO. I'll repost the Fighting build.

So in this build, where could I get 2 slots (other than the Stealth) or even 1 slot (if I was willing to put the stealth in Sprint) to put in Ball Lightning and Hurricane?

(Boxing, and Brawl, are for lulz, I don't plan on using either one. Except against grays.)
