Nope. But you can then keep you hit points permanently high, though I recommend only clicking on it when you also need the heal. And you don't really need it stacked, as with some accolades and a couple hit point bonuses, you'll hit the hit point hard cap.

But even if it does, it would be best to have your HP at the cap on 1 use of DP

I just thought of a really cool change to dull pain, keep the heal, and the +hp, and because of its name dull pain, add some sort of resistance component to it. You keep fighting and as you dull the incoming pain you become more resistance to X,Y,Z types of damage.

No, but if you get a few accolades and a few +HP bonuses you'll be at the HP cap for scrappers anyway, so there is no need for it to stack.

I currently have a FM/Regen scrapper, and I'm close to his final build. My question is, if I can get his recharge high enough, will dull pain's +HP stack with itself?
