Is the Absolute Amazement proc still broken?

Howdy folks,

I know that about a year ago the Absolute Amazement stopped functioning except in PvP. Is this still the case, or has the proc since been remedied?

If so, does anyone know the numbers of the debuff? Thanks.

The most recent word I've seen is that it is still not working in PvE. I don't know if it's been brought to the attention of anyone with the power to fix it.

I didn't know it wasn't working. What A drag.
When they fix it, I hope I can see the difference. I keep it in my PBAoEs on a couple of brutes for just a little edge.
