It was strange when 12 PM PDT rolled around and there was no one at Katie in Croatoa, but we ended up running the Katie Hannon Task Force with 2 teams,
Team #1 with 8 team members and Team #2 with 7 team members.

The Katie Hannon Task Force is a hero Task Force that is part of the Croatoa storyline. The Task Force is started by Katie Hannon.
All of the missions take place in Croatoa. The first mission is to Defeat Mary MacComber (10 times).
This task force is also designated as a Signature Task Force. As such, missions will always spawn mobs at level 34 or higher, regardless of team members' levels.
