Stactic Field's sleep unenhanceable?

I'm guessing it's just a quirk of Mid's, but I haven't used it since coming back recently. My guess is it is due to the fact that the sleep is actually cast by a pseudo-pet. I'm pretty sure I've read posts from people slotting it with sleep and having it work.

Mids reports the length of time the pseduopet exists for.
The Sleep it casts in enhanced by your enhancements, its just not reported. Fortunata Hypnosis is definately worth it (except the proc which is useless in it) as its cheap 10% recharge 
The sleep itself doesnt have areally long duration, the benefit is that it keeps pulsing.

I dont have Mids in front of me but look on the second or third tab for a breakdown of the effects. The sleep pulse duration should be longer. This actually CAN be a factor in the powers strength, because, for example, individual pulses of the power can miss.
Was messing around in Mids and slotted Static Field with the purple sleep set. The duration of the sleep didn't change? I even tried seeing if power boost effected it and it doesn't. Can someone explain this to me? Is it a bug in Mids or is there a good reason the sleep can't be enhanced?
