AMD: 10.10c hotfix driver update : for NT6

This is only for Windows NT6 Operating Systems.

This is also the third hotfix this month... seeing as how i have both 10.10a and 10.10b hotfix downloads. City of Heroes is not mentioned, but OpenGL is, so hey, give it a shot.

For the love of grapix ty for this post!lets hope it fixes my problem. have to remember NEVER update drivers unless they stop working right
