I raised a new question over on the Support section of the NCSoft site today. When I tried to go back and look at it again it asked me to login but won't accept my master account details. Is there a seperate login system for support? If not where should I go to get this sorted?

when you put in a support ticket you are asked to create a new account. NCSoft keeps two or more separate account and password combinations. One is your master account. One is your city of heroes game and forum account (what you use to log in here and in game). If you create a support ticket then you have to create a third account/password combination. It's possible that when you logged into support you created an account/password combination that was slightly different.
