You're in a dominator thread. Power boost recharges twice as fast.

on a corruptor im curious which has a faster base recharge, power mastery's (power buildup)..or soul mastery's (i think) powerboost.. reason being im working on a elec/therm for pvp, and id like to have the boosted effects up as much as possible..
