Just created an elec/elec dom

Hello I created an elec dom, reroll from his blaster version. But I have no experience with doms at all. I was looking for advice, maybe an SO build if anyone has one. Thanks for any help. Oh my play style on him when he was a blaster was hold and sap then work on damage. Oh and travel power is super speed and can get it at 6.

Here you go. Up to level 34. After that I think you know what to do and what direction you wanna take. Maybe this is a bit harsh on end, but that can be easily fixed by swapping a recharge in a power for an end reduction. Stuff like that is best decided while actually playing, IMO.
