They really need to give MM's a 'single-file line' command for their henchies.

So, was on a mission team for a bit yesterday with two masterminds.
You know how, when you have a Kheldian, you get occasional Quantums, and if you have multiple Kheldians, you get more of them?
I am now convinced that masterminds are likewise given missions with extra narrow doorways.
