Active Defense
I don't remember it being answered before. I assume you're three-slotting it?
17.3% baseSo... not much difference if I'm calculating it right. Probably more so if you two-slot, but still probably not very large. Only worth it if you're rich and have mental problems that don't let you settle for anything but the best. (Yes, I'm slotting 53s.)
3 +0: 20% * 3 = 60% before ED, 56 + (0.15*(60-60)) = 56% after ED, 17.3% * 1.56 = 26.99%
3 +1: 21% * 3 = 63% before ED, 56 + (0.15*(63-60)) = 56.45% after ED, 17.3% * 1.5645 = 27.07%
3 +2: 17.3% * 1.5690 = 27.14%
3 +3: 17.3% * 1.5735 = 27.22%

I'm currently slotting 3 50s in active defense and with 3 lvl50 cytos in Battle agility and running grant cover, I get 92.57% (iirc) DDR if AD is double-stacked. I have mental problems Werner related, but not the inf, yet. I'll consider adding a forth (for a 50) slot vs using 51++'s. I guess to answer your question if you really want that magic 95% DDR with only 3 slots you'll probably have to use higher level Hami's in all spots. I think this maybe part of the reason Castle adjusted the DDR values for the set: still possible to cap, but now even MOAR marginal.

Quick question on slotting active defense with membranes
When you slot this with membranes is there a large difference if at all in DDR if the enhancement is even level compared to +1 or +2? If so how much of an increase?
Sorry in advance if this has been answered before and thanks for any responses
