Plant/Fire Build critique
I put 3 hami-o's, Nucleolus Exposure, 2 recharge IO's and Impeded Swiftness: Chance of smashing damage into creepers. I read that on here before and like how it works.
I decided that when I respec next I am building in some defense/resistance, specifically ranged and AoE. I seem to aggro a good bit and don't always hit everything with all the AoE on my plant/fire. Might just be my playing style though.
I love rain of fire, use the Positron's Blast proc

Looks good. Just curious, why the Air burst and Detonation in Creeprs? Frankenslotting? Creepers is a great opportunity to proc it up for more damage. there's Impeded Swiftness: chance for smashing, Trap of the Hunter: chance for Lethal, Posi Blast: chance for Energy, Explosive strike: chance for smashing, Javelin Volley: chance for lethal, all great to have in a targetted AoE attack, well, not ALL of them at once, that's crazy. and the Air Bursts and Detonations don't help with your perma-domming (good job getting it by lvl 38 btw )
If you're using decimation, the chance for buildup is fun to have as well. Personally I specc'd out of the chance for heal as well, found it didn't heal all that much too often, YMMV I guess.
Just food for thought too when you hit 50, the purple immob recipes are pretty cheap compared to the other purple sets these days. Would make for easier perma-dom achievement with less slots.

I'm almost where I'd like to be, but I have a few questions I'd like to ask the Dom board regulars.
1. Once you get PermaDom, what's the next best thing for you to target with IO bonuses? I don't really see how defense would be all that important if things are perma confused and/or dealing with my Creepers.
2. Speaking of Creepers, As you can see, I frankenslotted them for ACC/DAM/RECH. Does anybody have any ideas on a better way to slot them up?
3. Getting the Fire Epic is a no brainer. Which power would be best to take at 41, Fireball or Rain of Fire?
