All Things Art: Citizen Revamp

Since Noble Savage is out trying to get feed back on refreshing the look of the game on many different levels, I think one important thing has been overlooked and that is the myriad of Non-Powered Citizens that litter the streets and scramble around in missions. I understand that NPCs represent a contrast between being normal and being super, but they also represent the motivation for what we do as heroes and even villains. Real children, people in wheelchairs, elderly people in walkers, joggers, Moms pushing strollers, or cough *fat people* cough. I am sure there are examples that are more attractive and varying, without making us look any less super.

The above, from GTA, is what I am taking about. Lots of variety and distinction, but no one looks particularly extraordinary.

I though we would get rid of the ugly old citizens at least in Praetoria but they mixed new citizens and protestant with the old citizens... Great.
And please, would be cool if the new nurses that sell inspis in hospitals (I19) are really "new". I mean, create a new model nurse created with the current character creator and put them in different hospitals with different faces and wigs and name and our eyes would not be suffering that much.
