set bonuses only affect the MM, not the pets, except for the RES and DEF procs from Soverign Right, and Edict of the Master, as well as the ones from the recharge intensive pet sets in the case of gang war and soul extraction.

Ok...probably answered before ad nauseum, but I can't find it (my search fu is weak).
Do the set bonuses assist MM pets...specifically defense bonuses.
If I slot the steadfast +3 defense (you can slot resist) in the tier 2 demons...does it give increased defense to these pets - any others?
If I have dark as my secondary, can I slot the recharge intensive pet sets into fluffy and will that then pass on the bonuses to my other pets (such as the bonuses to defense and resist).
In short I am working on demons and am looking to make them as durable as possible...any pointers?

**add - is the 2nd tier slotting messed up...when I fully slot acc/dam, I can't seem to get my damage increase above 60 some percent as it seems to be boosting the resists also...is this bugged or just not calcing it right?
