Rad/Rad build critique

I've got a Rad/Rad that's been sitting on the shelf for quite awhile, and have been playing it recently. Here's a poor attempt to stay cheap, before deciding to invest a few billion. Suggestions? Do i really need fighting? Someone suggested concealment.. maybe just a celerity +stealth in sprint will do it. Also, first attempt at a mid's export.
