No real surprises this round. Here are my predictions for the next one (again, who I think will win, not necessarily who I'd choose):

Region 3: Theatrical Heroes
#3 Indiana Jones (I suspect the winner of this region, no matter which it is, will get eliminated in the following round.)

Region 4: Historical Heroes
#1 Abraham Lincoln
I'm still convinced that the final round will be Finch against Batman.

Batman thinks he will win because he had time to plan, but Einstein redefines the nature of time and pulls it out.

Wow. NONE of my guesses came out right. It's good to know geeks can still surprise me!

Round 5 winners:

Superman vs Sherlock Holmes

Yoda vs Albert Einstein

Indiana Jones was the only one of my picks to make it to the Final Four and my overall pick for winner [Calvin] was eliminated in the first round.

Final Round:
Superman vs Albert Einstein [Useless Trivia: in Elliot S! Maggin’s novel Last Son of Krypton, Einstein played a role in getting baby Kal-El to the Kents…]

Superman will lose, trying to rotate the Earth backwards to reverse time, but Einstein is adamant that time does not work that way and Superman remains the loser.
