Thanks anyway I just didn't know if there was anything simple I was missing. I seem to have the ability to complicate anything, I can burn water.
I mean, the only thing I can think to tell you is to make sure that you are typing in the username and password correctly. It should be the same information you use to sign in here on the forums. If it's more complicated than that, support is who you need to talk to.

Hi got a problem, used to play and decided to come back. Had trial account on my details (don't know what happened to my full account details but it was a long time ago) when buying online and activating managed to get a second coh account. Now if I try and log in with the account it tells me account expired so I presume it's still linking to the old account profile though I can find no means to get rid of this.
I've sent an email to support but thought someone on here may have some ideas how I can fix this **** up I've managed to instigate.
