Critique/Help my Fire/Rad's future build.
No one willing to throw me a bone?
You're gonna want the patron shield. (you could drop the nuke to fit it in)
Ragnarok proc in fireball is very nice.
Can put the Apoc proc in Blaze (drop the Apoc: dmg) and remove the dmg/rchg thunderstrike from fire blast (its only adding 5 damage and negligible recharge with no set bonus)
Eneverating Field can live on 2 end redux.
Consider putting an end/rchg/slow in LR to make it perma (factoring in the 1.5 sec cast time)
Fire Breath isnt obsolete.... situational, but not obsolete.
Consider trying to get your defense up to 20% (which will put you at the softcap with 2 small purples)
This is a build I'm shooting for and might have all the pieces for by the time i19 releases. The name of the game is incredibly high recharge and damage bonuses with great recovery to compensate for the attack rate and high end costs. The rest is pretty much gravy.
Items of interest:
- Is Fire Breath obsolete on this build?
- Inferno is just a set mule to me. I don't really care to have it.
- Brawl and Sprint's slots are for Health and Stamina respectively.
- Recovery inluding stamina and health with the Numina & Miracle uniques is 2.617 (all toggles but Tough).
- Mostly exemp friendly to 27.
