PvP I.O. question.
It will only affect you.

The +end will actually proc if you're standing in the area, but I'm not sure that the +HP will.

I had a question I was hoping some of you all-wise forumites could answer.
I'm not sure of the technical term you all use for these particular recipes but I have taken to calling them 'Infusion Procs.' They are the ones like Performance Shifter: Chance for +end or any other where if the proc happens you get a little something.
I have heard that one is never supposed to put a performance shifter in a sapping power because of how it would give end to its targets, in this case, the enemies. So the proc works as intended pretty much, it just doesn't happen to the targets you would want. I have also heard a good place to put one, other than stamina of course, could be ally buffs like Accelerate Metabolism, giving random infusions of end on top of the recovery buff. So these type of procs can be used to benefit people other than oneself.
I have a toggle power called Soothing Aura on my DP/Pain Corr (blueside) that I enjoy using to help others. I have it slotted pretty nicely so it does about 74 hp each tick, which granted isn't much, but has been just enough to save my or someone else's bacon on several occasions while I'm waiting for Nullify Pain (aoe heal) to recharge. In looking around WW one day I see in the healing sets there is something called a Panacea: Chance for Hit points/Endurance. I did some digging around the forums. While its obviously nice to put in an auto power, someone reported seeing it work for others placed in a traps triage beacon.
My question is this: If I somehow manage to obtain this rare and costly recipe and place it into my Soothing Aura toggle, will the proc happen only for myself or will it affect everyone in my bubble?
Thanks in advance for any responses to this thread.
