The Game not responding when near a Black Market

I've already called Support about two toons getting stuck at the Black Market in Cap Au Diable. They generously moved them out, but I later figured out it's not Cap, it's the Black Market itself. My lowbie stalker walked by the BM in Port Oakes and the same thing happened to my 50 that logged off next to it in Cap. My heroes are fine around Wentworth, can access it, walk nearby etc, but when any of my villains walk by the Black Market the game itself freezes, then says it's Not Responding then quits out all the way.

Since I usually log my toons out at a Wentworth or Black Market, most of my villains are now stuck in limbo at a Black Market. Anyone else having a problem with this? Also, it seem to only happen on Virtue and Guardian, but not Freedom. Any help?

I'm unable to duplicate this on either Virtue or Guardian.

Thanks. I've called my Internet provider and all, nothing is happening with that.
Thought someone might have some light to shed for me, since I can't see why it' doing that. Wasn't doing it before the last patch.
