Unlimited Endurance?
Dieing.
I actually think dark armory offers endurance drain resistance, so carnies and malta shouldn't be much of an issue, so outside of the occasional death, you basically have unlimited endurance
Stamina, Quick Recovery, Physical Perfection, Dark Consumption.

Frankly you're getting well into overkill there; my BS/Regen scrapper literally could not make his end bar move with QR & Stamina on straight SO's back in issue 8; adding Physical Perfection and possibly IO bonuses is moving into somewhat pointless territory.
COH has just been murdered by NCSoft. http://www.change.org/petitions/ncso...city-of-heroes
Malta, Longbow spec-ops, carnie bosses, dark servants, freak stunner bosses. All of those will drain your endurance like you were a newb right out of outbreak/breakout. The amount of -recovery on debuff powers is absolutely insane, and will shoot way over the bonuses those powers give.
The two ways to avoid end drain are defense, and end drain protection. Energy defense will save you most of the time from malta and longbow, negative defense will save you from the carnie mask debuff, and twilight grasp is ranged only, and I'm pretty sure the freak stunner bosses end drain powers are auto hit.
As for End drain protection, you can't get much better than electric armor. It has almost 200% resistance to -recovery, and almost 100% resistance to -endurance. Both dark armor and fire armor have smaller amounts of resistance to both, and Invulnerable has 25% resistance to recovery only, I think...

Even with almost softcapped defenses, every now and again, something would get through and I'd be a sad sad scrapper.
Now, if you're Dark Melee, you'd get the added benefit of Dark Consumption. Which might help, but you'd still run into enemies who can drain you, if you don't actively avoid them anyways.
Awww...the memories...took my DB/WP scrapper on an AE mission with my SG. Wasn't dying, neither was one other SG member, we both had IOed OMG is this perfection builds...then WHAP WHAP WHAP, where'd the END GO?! ACK the toggles! *sigh* Faceplanted.
Wouldn't of been so bad, but we were talking big, and the RNGGod came in and laughed at us. OUCH!
Of course, that was so rare, it wasn't that big of a deal, but the point stands. You're not likely to lose END with that combo of powers, but it can and will happen if you bother to actually go to different enemies outside of "OMG! Look! I can take on +4/8 Council"
Like Malta Sappers! Sometimes there will be multiple in the spawn. And sometimes the RNG will hate you. And when that happens...even if it's once in a blue moon...my point is...try not to be talking big when it happens >_> heh

A lot of it will depend on your secondary and to a lesser extent how fast your Dark Consumption recharges. As Soul_Fane points out many of the -recovery debuffs often tend to be a case of npc overkill. If its a resistance or regen based secondary with no recovery debuff resistance (dm/regen for example) I'm guessing you'll spend most of the time swimming in endurance but the first nasty end sappers you run into will leave you gasping only a few seconds after everyone else is gasping.
Put another way look at Mids and look at the -recovery powers of AT's know for sapping strength. For example, one attack from my Traps/Elec defender, built for sapping, is nearly enough to shut down the base recovery (200%) of Recovery Aura. Her Short Circuit carries a 183% end recovery debuff while also draining 64 end directly from you.
The potential to slot 3 Performance Shifter +end procs may do more for you than the powers themselves will in a set without recovery debuff resistance.
My BS/SR has near infinite endurance with Stamina, End proc in that, and uniques in Health. He currently has enough recovery that he can sit still and spam attacks for 5-10 minutes (never timed it precisely) before getting low. He then hits Conserve Power and will start getting all his endurance back and be full for a good while before CP ends. By the time end gets low again, CP is recharged. I've never been hit enough times in a row by a Sapper to get drained due to my defenses, though it is possible. But it's not something I'm worried about.
When I19 hits, I'm probably going to get much more end heavy due to dropping CP for Pyre Mastery and picking up more AoE attacks. But I suspect I'll still have more than enough blue bar.
I've seen a WP tank with all the accessories (QR, Stamina, PP, uniques and procs), get sapped and faceplant. Granted, that was against his custom enemy group of defenders.
The problem is, all the recovery in the world doesn't stop -endurance from affecting you. -recovery debuffs are usually enough to shut down your recovery anyway, even through all those bonuses.
You want to stop worrying about endurance issues? Roll a Dark Armor or an Elec.

I saw this thread and thought it was something totally different...
Go in game and type [unlimited endurance]
That's what I thought you were asking about :P
I hate to be the bringer of bad news... but Willpower sucks!!! you're better off rolling a regen
